Privacy Policy

Effective date: 26 May 2026

1. Introduction

Outcome Channel (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through outcome.channel (“Site”), why we collect it, and how we handle it.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or other tracking tools on the Site.

2. Information we collect

When you browse the Site

We do not use cookies or similar technologies to track visitors across the Site. Basic technical information (such as your IP address) may be processed automatically by our hosting infrastructure when you load a page. We use this only to deliver the Site and keep it secure.

When you sign up

If you create an account or submit a signup form on the Site, we collect:

  • Email address (required)
  • Name (required)
  • Organisation (optional)
  • Message (optional)
  • Consent — confirmation that we may contact you about Outcome Channel
  • Source — which form or page you used (for example, signup)
  • Campaign parameters — if you arrive via a link with UTM tags in the URL, we may store those values (utm_source, utm_campaign, utm_medium)

We use a security check on signup forms to reduce spam. The token from that check is verified when you submit the form and is not stored with your signup details.

We do not collect payment information on this Site.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • create and manage your account or signup request;
  • contact you about Outcome Channel, including service updates and support;
  • understand which pages or campaigns led you to sign up;
  • protect the Site and signup forms from abuse.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Where we store data

Signup and account data is stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the London region (eu-west-2).

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

5. Legal basis (UK and EEA visitors)

If you are in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, we process your data on these bases:

  • Consent — when you sign up and agree we may contact you.
  • Legitimate interests — to operate and secure the Site, provide our service, and manage our relationship with you, balanced against your rights.

You may withdraw consent for marketing or product communications at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Sharing with others

We do not share your personal data with advertisers or analytics providers.

We use AWS to host and store data on our behalf. Service providers process data only under our instructions and for the purposes described in this policy.

8. Your content (data you upload)

Outcome Channel is a task management platform, so you may upload or submit content such as tasks, comments, attachments, and other information (“Content”).

  • You are responsible for your Content: you should only upload Content that you have the right to use and share, and that complies with applicable law.
  • Not shared publicly by us: we do not publish or sell your Content. We use it only to provide and improve the service and to support you.
  • Shared only as needed to operate the service: your Content may be processed by our service providers (for example, hosting and storage) under our instructions.
  • Visible to your workspace: your Content may be visible to other users you invite to your workspace or who have access through your organisation’s account settings.

9. International transfers

If you access the Site from outside the United Kingdom, your information may be processed in the UK and stored in AWS’s London region. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

12. Contact
